illustrateur américain et dessinateur de bandes dessinées, surtout connu pour sa BD Connie et ses illustrations de livres comme l'île au trésor, Robinson Crusoé et le roi Arthur. Il a également été un prolifique illustrateur publicitaire et éditorialiste.

This guy was something else, not only he could put his thoughts on paper masterfully, but he could also do it equally with many different techniques.
Yes it's true they are a few to master such many different techniques. And what poetry in some of his illustrations!
